• You can attain, record and track all three categories and meet all of the required CPD hours on CPD4MedProfessional
• CPD4MedProfessional is available on your PC or on your mobile device to stay updated on-the-go
• CPD4MedProfessional will track and record your progress across all 3 categories with a personalised dashboard
• Category 1 – education is easier with links to curated online learning for your specialty
• You can complete category 2 online with CPD4MedProfessional as the framework guides you through a process to complete your entire professional development plan, which is a new mandatory requirement from 2023
• Category 3 offers bespoke audits to survey your treatment practices in your specialty and subspecialty eg breast cancer, lung cancer, CRC, lymphoma
• CPD4MedProfessional will also regularly remind you to complete each category in a timely manner, so this is not a rush at the end of the year.

Yes! You can complete all three categories on CPD4MedProfessional as well as recording and tracking options inside and outside of this program.

The requirements as outlined by Medical Board of Australia can be recorded, tracked and attained on this system as well as those by the Royal Australian College of Physicians.

Yes. CPD4MedProfessional is compatible with all your devices.  It will tailor the screen to suit any size platform you are on.

CPD4MedProfessional will retain your data for 7 years to satisfy any future Medical Board audit process.

Category 1 – Customised Educational Activities provide tracking and recording tools with links to relevant education in a user-friendly format.

Category 2 – Bespoke Professional Development Plan provides the relevant tools and resources you need to create your mandatory professional development plan. With an easy to use framework and auto-fill options, you can create specific SMART goals and complete the requirement for CPD. 

Category 3 - Customised Clinical Audit - gives you access to online surveys to provide an audit of your patient management. These tools are customised to suit your specific clinical practice and provide insights into your patient management compared to national and international guidelines. Reports are delivered in a clear and easy-to-understand format with visual representations.

These courses are all appropriate courses that will be accepted by the RACP for CPD hours.

Once the dataset is robust, it is possible the de identified data collected will be used for comparative purposes for example, across geographical delineations or to improve the quality use of medicines of Australian patients.

Our Concierge Service will guide you through CPD4MedProfessional via each category to ensure you meet the Medical Board requirements. 

This service will also assist you in the development of your Professional Development Plan.

Each category area has a RECORD button or go to the reports tab. Click on the RECORD button. You will see an add CPD activity box. Firstly select the relevant category and then the activity. You can complete the date, hours, name and description here. Select the first day and total the hours for any activity over multiple days, such as conferences.

Below there is a box to upload your supporting documents. Images and/or PDF files can be uploaded from all devices.

Once you click the CONFIRM button, this information will be added to your history and report. In addition, the hours will be tallied to your dashboard to track your progress.

Yes! You can generate your own reports at any point, download them as a PDF and either save these or upload them onto your chosen CPD home.

Your data will remain on CPD4MedProfessional for 7 years, until the Medical Board requirements are satisfied.

As the activities you undertake are likely to have a component of offline requirements you will be prompted to input the total hours you have undertaken on this activity.  This amount you enter will be automatically added to your total hours on the dashboard.

CPD hours completed outside of CPD4MedProfessional can simply be uploaded in the tracking section for each category.  Select the relevant category where you have obtained these hours and add them under the RECORD section

Automatic upload to your chosen CPD home is not yet possible – hopefully this will be available in the future. CPD4MedProfessional have designed the reports in the same format as your chosen CPD home so that upload is quick and efficient.

Simply download a report from the chosen category and use the information to upload the data into your chosen CPD home. The format will be very similar to ensure this process is as efficient as possible.

Yes you can! This is available in the CPD4MedProfessional under category 2. The system will guide you through the steps with drop down boxes to assist your understanding of the requirements.

Utilise the framework in CPD4MedProfessional, which meets the Medical Board requirements. For each SMART goal, there are drop down options for you to choose and help you with your understanding about what is required. You may also choose your own if preferred.  If you would like further assistance we have a Concierge Service with professionals with experience in plan development and we can assist you in tailoring this to your needs.

Yes – this is preferred. Save your PDP on your own PC for reflection purposes, to enable your annual conversation and upload to your selected CPD home as required.  You can also print a PDF to save.

The dashboard on CPD4MedProfessional shows you exactly where you have accumulated the required CPD hours across each individual category and where you need to focus to complete the full requirements.

Your CPD accumulated hours are available on your personalised dashboard. Once these are completed, simply download the PDF report generated as evidence of your CPD hours across all three categories.  These will be recorded by category for ease of understanding.

Your personalised dashboard will track your progress across all three categories, against your requirements.  This is provided in a simple visual to allow you to view easily.

All the hours you record in the system will be collated by category and allows you to print a report as well as track. 

These are saved within each category.  If you would like to save a PDF copy they are also available to download within the category sections.

The reports from CPD4MedProfessional will be in a similar format to what is required for entry into your selected CPD home. This is to ensure efficiency when uploading the information from CPD4MedProfessional.
